Last week Hammie finally touched down in Pie Town for the first time. It was great having everyone together and Hammie was of course showered with attention. We got suspicious when Hammie spit out her first taste of pie with a look of disgust. No child of mine could possibly dislike pie and if Hammie's second taste has the same effect Lina will have some explaining to do.

Foggy Sunrises and Sin City
Håkan and Peter have left back for Sweden and Hammie, Lina and I have set off on the next part of out adventure. It was a great trip and I'm sure that the Swedes will be wishing they where back in the USA when they get back to cold snowy Sweden. Here are a few pics from the trip with more to come soon.
Our "incredible" sunrise view from Father Crowley Point. We drove a bit out of our way the night before just to wake-up to this spectacular sunrise over the Panamint Valley; the fog was so thick we could barely see the road we were drove on to get there.

Trippin' with Moffa and Morbror
Lina's farther and brother took two weeks to travel around the USA with Hammie, Lina and I (Goldie Locks is also added to our family for the period). They rented an RV in Los Angeles and we've been slowly winding our way toward Pie Town, seeing some sights and giving the Swedes a taste of freedom.
We cruised through Death Valley, Las Vegas, Zion National Park, and now we are in Sedona. When Swedes get together they seem to create their own weather system as bad weather has chases us through most of our journey. Despite fog, snow, and rain it has been a good trip. I'll provide a more detailed update with pictures soon but for the time being here are a couple pics.

Hammie takes a bath
Apparently I've always been a dirty kid. My mom talks about the epic battles required to get me clean. Even as a baby I would fight tooth and nail to avoid a bath. Eventually you just have to accept people for who they are and my mom resorted to the less frequent bathings and the occasional outside hose down.
Well Hammie appears to get her bathing habits from her mom as she love being in water. I can't relate but it does make our lives way easier as even my mom know you have to clean babies sometimes.
